Job summary

Nude Lucy is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Robina boutique on the Gold Coast to lead a small team, deliver an elevated customer experience, and drive strong commercial results.

You will partner with the Store Manager to manage daily operations, coaching staff to hit KPIs, and maintain a stylish store that reflects Nude Lucy’s minimalist aesthetic. This is a growth-focused role within a growing Australian brand.

Qualifications

• Past retail leadership experience (supervisor, 2IC or similar).
• Strong affinity for minimalist Nude Lucy aesthetic and brand style.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for elevated in-store experiences.
• Leadership qualities: motivator, team player, and positive role model.
• High attention to detail and visual merchandising skills.
• Experience supporting daily operations, reporting, and performance targets.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and store presentation.
• Help coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store KPIs.
• Assist in managing daily operations including rostering, stock management, and reporting.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment.
• Step up and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
