Responsibilities
  • Driving and succeeding in sales and KPI results
  • Supporting the Boutique Manager with training and developing our team
  • Always provide exceptional customer service
  • Greeting all visitors to the boutique
  • Understanding and representing our brand to the highest standard
  • Operational running of the boutique day to day
  • Oversee all aspects of the running of the boutique
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in leadership or supervising a boutique
  • Previous experience in Customer Service and sales
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Demonstrated skill in delivering results
