Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a part-time permanent bookkeeper to join their Melbourne-based finance team. The role includes international payments, payroll, reconciliations, reporting, and invoice processing, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

The successful candidate will have bookkeeping experience across AP/AR and payroll, plus experience handling foreign currency. This position offers work-from-home flexibility and competitive remuneration in the Carrum Downs area.

• Has worked in previous roles as a bookkeeper.
• Experience within Accounts Payable, Receivables and Payroll.
• Experience dealing with foreign currency in previous roles.
• Ability to work within a team environment.

Our client is a market leader within their given field that have experienced a lot of growth and only continue to grow. As a result of such growth, our client is seeking a highly motivated bookkeeper on a permanent basis to join their finance team, based in Carrum Downs.

The Responsibilities

The duties of the role will consist of the following; however will not be limited to:

• Dealing with international payments and currency
• Reporting

• Processing low level payroll on a weekly basis end to end
