Job summary

Raine & Horne Southern Highlands is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper & Accounts Administrator to support the financial operations of the Southern Highlands business. The role is hands-on, ensuring accounts are accurate, well-organised and running smoothly.

You will manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll across multiple entities, reconciliations, cash flow, month-end reporting and BAS lodgements with support from an established team.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Xero and payroll processing.
• Able to manage multiple entities and priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to communicate professionally and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable and receivable management.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Payroll processing across multiple entities.
• Cash-flow monitoring and month-end reporting.
• Liaising with accountants and external advisers.
• Preparing information for BAS lodgements.
• Maintaining financial and employee records.
• Assisting with insurance, vehicle and general administration.
• Intercompany transactions and supplier accounts management.
