Job summary

The Star Brisbane is seeking an organised, professional Booking Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage and Events team. You will coordinate group dining reservations, host guests at events, and ensure seamless communications with venue leaders and clients.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality or reservations experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and proficiency with booking systems and Microsoft Office.

• Experience in hospitality, reservations, events, or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple bookings.

Responsibilities

• Manage group dining reservations and event enquiries.
• Coordinate bookings, deposits, confirmations, and guest communications.
• Conduct venue site inspections with prospective clients.
• Support venue managers with events and functions.
• Maintain booking systems and client records with accuracy.
• Provide administrative support, invoicing, reporting, and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with guests and internal stakeholders.
