The Star Brisbane is looking for a Booking Coordinator to join the Food & Beverage and Events team. You will manage group dining reservations and event enquiries, ensuring exceptional service and guest experiences across multiple venues.

The ideal candidate is organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for hospitality. This role involves coordinating bookings, supporting events, and building strong relationships with guests and stakeholders.

The Star Brisbane is seeking an organised, professional, and customer-focused Booking Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage and Events team.

In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of coordinating group dining reservations, special events, and guest experiences across our award-winning venues. Working closely with venue leaders, guests, and internal stakeholders, you will manage enquiries, coordinate bookings, support special events, and ensure every interaction is delivered with exceptional attention to detail and service.

• Managing group dining reservations and event enquiries across multiple venues
• Coordinating bookings, deposits, confirmations, and guest communications
• Conducting venue site inspections with prospective clients
• Supporting venue managers with special events and functions
• Maintaining booking systems and client records with accuracy
• Assisting with administrative support, invoicing, reporting, and documentation
• Building strong relationships with guests and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are delivered at every touchpoint
