Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience in high-volume formats or flagship spaces.
• Ability to coach and mentor store teams and build talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Create a Community: partner with Community Marketing for local events and athlete partnerships.
• Develop a Team of Leaders: coach and mentor staff, implement hands-on training.
• Coach Operational Excellence: manage daily store operations, rostering, and wage targets.
• Be Product Obsessed: lead product knowledge and premium VM storytelling from the front.
• Financial Smarts: analyse store performance, budgets, and KPIs to drive profitability.

We are looking for a visionary Head Coach (Store Manager) to lead our team at Bondi Junction. How You’ll Make Moves

• Create a Community: Collaborate with Community Marketing to create impactful quarterly plans. Drive the team to execute localised events, sweat sessions, and local athlete partnerships that turn customers into brand advocates.
• Develop a Team of Leaders: Coach and mentor your store team to think like entrepreneurs. Build a solid talent pipeline, guide development through hands‑on training and coaching, and drive team progression.
• Coach Operational Excellence: Lead daily operations, inventory accuracy, and weekly VM standards. Own smart rostering, hit wage targets, and align team traffic flow to boost store productivity.
• Be Product Obsessed: Coach from the front in product knowledge across our core and seasonal ranges. Ensure the team runs fit sessions to deliver authentic, education‑based selling and premium VM storytelling.
• Financial Smarts: Lead store performance tracking and deep‑dive into store P&Ls. Analyse sales trends, manage store budgets, and track KPIs to maximise profitability.
• Drive Culture & Leadership Development: Foster a culture grounded in our mission to be 1% Better Every Day. Act as the vital link between HQ and your store team, coaching your team through their own personal growth journeys while driving seamless communication.
