Job summary

The Davey Group is seeking trade-qualified Boilermakers to join our Toowoomba team. You will read and work from technical drawings, fabricate and weld steel components, and operate across structural steel, plate work, and sheet metal fabrication. Commitment to quality and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fabrication or workshop environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.

The Role

As a Boilermaker, you will be responsible for:

• Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications
• Fabricating and welding steel components to a high standard
• Working across structural steel, plate work, and/or sheet metal fabrication
• Maintaining quality and accuracy in line with specification
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a fabrication or workshop environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• A current driver's licence
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
