Job summary

WPF Duratec is seeking site-based BMW's, Pipe and Mechanical Fitters for upcoming projects across WA and the NT, with an immediate start.

Role covers maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment onsite including fixed plant, turbines, valves, pumps, hydraulics and rotating equipment, plus fault finding.

You need a relevant trade qualification, a strong maintenance background, and a safety focus; LNG/O&G experience is highly desirable, with current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualification required.
• Strong maintenance background essential.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, LNG highly desirable.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and quality workmanship.
• Rostered maintenance teamwork capability.
• Current Working at Heights and Confined Space certificates within last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment onsite including Fixed Plant / Turbines / Valve & Pump Overhauls / Machining / Hydraulics / Rotating Equipment.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting across plant systems.
• Work safely within Oil & Gas processing environments.
• Support shutdowns and preventative/corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and standards.
