Job summary

Monadelphous Group is seeking Boilermaker Supervisors to join our Engineering Construction Division on FIFO 2:1 rosters. The role includes nightshift with a generous salary package and allowances. We offer flights from major capitals, site allowances, and a strong safety culture.

Successful candidates will provide technical direction to trades, supervise site works, and drive productivity while upholding project specifications and HSE standards. Australia-wide applications are welcomed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the Engineering and Construction industry in Boilermaker Supervisory role.
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary scopes of work on construction contracts.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate trades on-site and manage safety compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical direction to trades teams.
  • Supervise and coordinate Boilermaker works on site.
  • Lead and mentor trades, contractors, and assistants.
  • Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications.
  • Liaise with project teams and clients to achieve objectives.
