Qualifications

• Qualified Boilermaker with apprenticeship completed and trade certificate.
• Welding expertise, pressure welding experience or willingness to obtain qualifications.
• Knowledge of heavy industry or power stations.
• Analytical problem-solving with precision and quality.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong safety and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance to ensure plant runs smoothly.
• Upgrades and installations of boilers and equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repair to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical guidance to apprentices and team members.
• Assess maintenance practices and propose efficiency improvements.
• Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance.
