Job summary

Lightning HR PTY LTD is seeking a Boilermaker or Welder to join a well-established team. The role involves welding and fabrication on heavy vehicle equipment, including trucks, trailers, bull bars and steel components.

It is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with a 6:00am to 4:00pm schedule, and an option for weekend overtime if you want extra hours. We value workers who can read drawings, take pride in their workmanship, work independently, and enjoy hands-on projects.

Qualifications

• Qualified Boilermaker or experienced Welder with MIG welding skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate on heavy vehicle equipment.
• Work on trucks, trailers, bull bars, silos, sheds and steel components.
• Perform general boilermaking and fabrication duties.
• Read drawings when required and maintain quality.
• Work independently within a supportive team; weekend overtime available.

Boilermaker / Welder – Full-Time | Monday to Friday

We’re looking for an experienced Boilermaker or Welder to join a well-established company working with heavy vehicle equipment, trucks, trailers, bull bars and associated steelwork.

The Role

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (6:00am – 4:00pm) + 30-minute lunch break

• Option to do some weekend work if you want to pick up additional hours

• Welding and fabrication on heavy vehicle equipment

• Working on trucks, trailers, bull bars, silos, sheds and other steel components

• General boilermaking and fabrication duties

• Working as part of a supportive team while being trusted to work independently

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified Boilermaker or experienced Welder

• Has solid MIG welding and fabrication skills

• Can read and work from drawings where required

• Takes pride in the quality of their work

• Can work independently and manage their own workload

• Has a good attitude and is reliable

• Wants a long-term, full-time position

• Enjoys hands-on work and isn't afraid to get stuck in
