WorkPac is seeking experienced Boilermakers for the Sarina/Jilalan area in Queensland. This ongoing role involves fabrication, welding, maintenance, and inspection of heavy equipment within a safety-focused team.
Applicants should hold a Boilermaker/Metal Fabricator trade qualification and have demonstrable experience in heavy industry or rail. A strong reading of technical drawings and commitment to safety are essential.

We are currently seeking experienced Boilermakers to join the team in the Sarina / Jilalan area on an ongoing basis.
Performing fabrication, welding, repairs, and maintenance on heavy equipment and infrastructure.
Carrying out planned and breakdown maintenance in accordance with site requirements.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
Completing welding and fabrication work to a high standard and within required timeframes.
Conducting inspections and identifying defects, damage, or maintenance requirements.
Working safely and efficiently as part of a maintenance team.
Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with site safety procedures and relevant standards.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Trade qualification as a Boilermaker / Metal Fabricator.
Previous experience in heavy industry, mining, rail, or a similar environment.
Strong welding and fabrication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Relevant tickets and licences will be highly regarded.
Ability to successfully complete required site medical and onboarding requirements.
$61 per hour
8/6 roster, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Ongoing role with the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment after 3-6 months, subject to performance .
