Job summary

Downer's Energy & Utilities team in Gladstone, QLD seeks a casual Boilermaker to join outage operations. You will perform routine and reactive maintenance on plant equipment, including boiler pressure-part inspections, tube leaks, hanger alignment and structural supports.

This is a casual role with ongoing opportunities, joining our casual pool for further outages. Ideal candidates will have a valid Drivers Licence, White Card/Construction Induction, and recent Working at Heights and Confined

Qualifications

• Drivers Licence required.
• White Card / Construction Induction required.
• Working at Heights and Confined Spaces completed within last 2 years.
• Experience in the safe use of hand tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and reactive maintenance on plant equipment in outage environments.
• Conduct boiler pressure-part inspections including tube leaks, hanger alignment and structural supports.
