Job summary

Evolution Mining is seeking an Underground Bogger Operator at Mungari to keep the mine moving and operate across development and production areas with an experienced underground team.

You will drum up safety, efficiency and continuous improvement while maintaining equipment and reporting faults to minimise downtime. Based at Mungari Operations with 7:7 roster FIFO from Perth or residential from Kalgoorlie.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' underground mining experience.
• At least 2 years' experience operating underground loaders/boggers. Pref with RCT or remote experience.
• Experience with Sandvik 517i is highly regarded.
• Proven commitment to safety and safe work practices in an underground environment.
• Strong understanding of underground mine services, road maintenance and general mining operations.
• Ability to identify hazards, follow procedures and maintain high workplace standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep production moving by safely bogging ore and waste from development headings, stockpiles and loading locations to support the underground mining cycle.
• Maximise equipment performance through regular inspections, identifying issues early and reporting equipment faults to minimise downtime.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and underground operating practices.
• Lead by example when it comes to safety, following procedures, identifying hazards and maintaining strong housekeeping standards underground.

Based at our Mungari Operations and reporting to the Mining Shift Supervisor, you'll:
