Job summary

The Cathedral College is seeking a Boarding Supervisor in Rockhampton to support boarders and help run the boarding house. This role spans casual, term-time and full-time arrangements, offering a rewarding career in caring for young people within a Catholic education setting.

Applicants will provide pastoral and academic support, with rostered day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts. A WWC/Blue Card and Australian work rights are required; live-in incentives may be available.

Qualifications

• Understanding and commitment to Catholic education ethos.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely.
• Comfort with rostered weekend and night shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care for boarders, including physical, emotional and spiritual well‑being.
• Supervise boarders during routines and study sessions.
• Accompany to activities, appointments and transport to events.
• Support boarding operations to create a safe home away from home.
