Job summary

Lifeblood is seeking a hands-on, detail‑oriented team member for Darwin to process blood products, pick/pack orders and manage stock. The role supports deliveries and pickup logistics using a company vehicle in a fast-paced environment.

This permanent part‑time position covers Monday to Friday with an on‑call roster. Applicants must have a full Australian driver’s licence and be able to lift 13–20 kg as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, customer service, warehouse or distribution.
• High attention to detail resulting in accurate processing and dispatch.
• Solid customer service experience in a similar industry preferred.
• Ability to operate in a regulated production environment and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Unpack shippers and log data into Lifeblood systems.
• Process and separate blood components.
• Store red cells, freeze and store plasma components.
• Maintain accurate inventory, cycle counts and stock levels.
• Process orders and enquiries with accuracy and urgency.
• Maintain clean, safe workspaces and equipment.
