Quotient Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of Business Development to lead partnerships, asset licensing, and market intelligence. You will shape the portfolio, identify external opportunities, and execute strategic collaborations with senior leadership collaboration across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and finance teams.

You will drive end-to-end due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring while advancing the company’s early-stage portfolio in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma BD, corporate strategy, licensing, or related function.
• Experience executing or contributing to biopharma partnership and licensing transactions.
• Strong understanding of drug development and biopharma industry.
• Experience evaluating external assets and conducting cross-functional diligence.
• Ability to perform market, competitive, and commercial analyses for drug programs.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities including asset valuation and deal economics.
