Spot Productions, a leading supplier of print finishing, is seeking a Bindery Assistant/Table Hand. You will assist the binder operating our machinery, folding, banding, taping, shrink wrapping and packing printed products.

The role is for Day Shift with flexibility, an immediate start, and a 6 month probation. This is a permanent full-time position requiring 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rostering flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in print finishing or manufacturing preferred but not essential.
• Able to follow processes and operate binder-related machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assist binder operator with machinery, folding, banding, taping, and shrink wrapping.
• Pack and prepare printed products for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and adhere to safety guidelines.

The successful applicantwould preferably have experienceinprint finishing or manufacturing, however this is not essential as long as you are able to follow processes. As a Bindery Assistant/Table Hand your main role will be assisting the binder operating our machinery/folding/banding/taping/shrink wrapping and packing of printed products. If you are reliable, motivated andhave a positive can do attitude you are the person we are looking for! This positionis for Day Shift however some flexibility would be an advantage, the roleis open for an immediate start. The position is permanent full time with a 6 month probation. You will be required to work 38hrs per week Monday to Friday, rostering hours flexibility is available.
