Job summary

Proveda, the in-house engineering consultancy of Versatile Group, is seeking a BIM Modeller specialising in hydraulic and fire services. You will create and coordinate BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam, ensuring alignment with BIM Execution Plans across multiple projects.

The role reports to the Head of Proveda and requires collaboration with development and construction teams. Applicants should have at least 3 years of hydraulic and fire services drafting experience and be proficient

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in hydraulic and fire services drafting.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Revizto is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects, drawing files and sheet sets as directed by the BIM Manager.
• Prepare engineering plans, schematics and detailed drawings from engineer mark-ups and sketches.
• Develop BIM models from mark-ups and sketches.
• Coordinate BIM models with broader design teams.
• Clean and prepare architectural drawings for engineering use.
• Maintain document control through web-based project management systems.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans.
• Maintain drawing issue registers and transmittals.
• Maintain company drawing quality standards and checklists.
• Liaise with clients when required.
• Maintain accurate timesheets.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and professional office environment.

SCOPE OF THE ROLE

This role is responsible for the preparation of hydraulic and fire services engineering documentation using Bluebeam, AutoCAD and Revit software, while supporting the coordination and delivery of BIM models across a range of projects. You will be reporting to the Head of Proveda.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up projects, drawing files and sheet sets as directed by the BIM Manager.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years' experience in hydraulic and fire services drafting.

Highly proficient in Revit.

Highly proficient in AutoCAD.

Highly proficient in Bluebeam.

Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred.

Experience with Revizto preferred.
