Job summary

Sacyr in Perth is seeking a BIM/Digital Engineer to lead digital engineering delivery for our Mandurah Hospital project. You will drive DE workflows, model coordination, data quality, and implement BIM execution plans in line with client requirements.

You will mentor project teams, support innovation, and collaborate with the DE Manager to improve efficiency across the project lifecycle. A background in engineering or related field with 4+ years in digital engineering is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital engineering.
Experience with main contractor in construction preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee DE processes, workflows, and technologies on projects.
Manage model coordination, federation, clash detection, and data quality.
Support the DE Manager in strategic planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Mentor and upskill DE and project teams in digital processes.
Ensure compliance with DEMPs, BIM Execution Plans, and client requirements.
Lead technical problem-solving and support innovation in digital delivery.
Provide input into strategic direction for the project.
