Job summary

Sacyr is seeking a BIM/Digital Engineer to join our team in Perth to support the New Mandurah Hospital Project. The Digital Engineer will lead technical delivery and coordination of digital engineering (DE) and BIM processes, ensuring workflows, models, and data meet project and client requirements across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a relevant tertiary qualification and 4+ years in digital engineering, including experience with main contractor environments.

Qualifications

Tertiary degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.
Experience with digital engineering and BIM coordination.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee DE processes, workflows, and technologies on projects.
Manage model coordination, federation, clash detection, and data quality.
Support strategic planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Mentor DE and project teams in digital processes.
Ensure compliance with DE Management Plans (DEMPs), BIM Execution Plans, and client requirements.
Lead technical problem-solving and drive innovation in digital delivery.
Provide input into strategic direction.
