Indigenous Business Growth (IBG) is seeking a BIM Coordinator to manage model submissions, federation and CDE workflows for a major Queensland infrastructure project. You will ensure models are properly classified and referenced, supporting design managers, engineers and site teams through design and handover.

You will lead clash and coordination reviews, enforce BIM execution plan rules, and assist field crews to access models for planning and asset handover.

Formación

• Qualification in engineering, architecture, construction, drafting or digital engineering.
• 4+ years' BIM or digital-engineering coordination on complex infrastructure or building projects.
• Revit, Navisworks or equivalent tools, with working knowledge of ISO 19650 principles and CDE administration.
• Experience with federated models and clash detection across multiple design disciplines.
• Ability to explain model and information requirements clearly to design and site teams.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Administer model exchange, federation, naming, status, revision and approval workflows per the BIM execution plan
• Manage common data environment structure, permissions and information containers
• Run multidisciplinary clash and coordination reviews and maintain issue registers through to closure
• Check model geometry, attributes and level of information for construction planning, quantities and handover
• Support site teams with model-based review, visualisation and field access
• Coordinate as-built model updates and asset-information deliverables
• Report on model quality, compliance and coordination progress to project leadership
