Job summary

Campbell Property Group (CPG) is expanding its design team and seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator based in Norwest, NSW. You will support the management and coordination of BIM models across multiple divisions to ensure seamless integration between design, production and operations teams.

You will collaborate with the BIM Manager to develop company-wide BIM standards, provide technical support, and maintain accurate project data while exploring internal tools to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in BIM Coordinator or equivalent.
• Background in architecture or building design; portfolio considered without a degree.
• Programming experience is advantageous (Python, C#).
• Good knowledge of Revit and ability to work with design options and model groups.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BIM Manager to develop and implement BIM standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support on BIM software and workflows.
• Maintain project data records including model versions and revisions.
• Assist with internal tools development (scripts/plugins) to improve design workflows.
