Job summary

Campbell Property Group (CPG) is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our growing Design team in Norwest, NSW. You will support management and coordination of BIM models and families across divisions, ensuring seamless integration between design, production and operations.

You will develop BIM standards with the BIM Manager, provide technical support on Revit, maintain BEP and drafting manuals, and train teammates while pursuing ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in BIM Coordinator or equivalent.
• Background in architecture or building design; portfolio may substitute a degree.
• Programming knowledge (Python, C#) is highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of Revit and construction workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design and production drafting teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models and content creation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes within the BIM department.
• Maintain BEP and Drafting Manuals.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software tools (e.g. Autodesk Revit).
• Troubleshoot BIM-related issues across design and production drafting teams.
