Mossop Construction + Interiors is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our Adelaide team. You will develop and maintain coordinated 3D models, manage BIM deliverables across tender, pre-construction and construction phases, and support project teams with reliable digital information.
Work closely with Project Managers, Design Managers and site teams, champion Autodesk Forma Construction Cloud, coordinate clashes, improve buildability and ensure documentation is up to date.

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our growing BIM team.
This is an opportunity to work within a collaborative, technically focused environment where BIM is more than just modelling — it is an integral part of how we identify issues, improve buildability, coordinate trades and ultimately deliver better projects.
As a BIM Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers, Design Managers, Construction Managers, consultants, trades and site teams to manage the BIM requirements across your projects.
Your focus will be on developing and maintaining coordinated, federated and highly resolved design and construction models, ensuring accurate BIM information is available throughout the project lifecycle — from tender and pre-construction through to construction and as-built documentation.
You will play an important role in identifying design discrepancies, resolving coordination issues, improving buildability and ensuring project teams have reliable information when they need it.
The role will also see you championing the use of Autodesk Forma Construction Cloud, helping project and site teams make the most of coordinated 3D models and digital information on site.
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical BIM capability with excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
