Sekisui House Australia is seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Japanese) Factory Supervisor to oversee our Ingleburn manufacturing operations. The role bridges local operations with our parent company in Japan to ensure the seamless production and delivery of premium SHAWOOD homes.

You will direct extensive operational areas, manage a diverse team, and translate corporate objectives into local success while ensuring compliance with Australian regulations.

Qualifications

• Extensive procurement experience within the residential housing industry.
• Professional fluency in Japanese and English (business level).
• Deep understanding of Japanese business protocol and corporate etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the Ingleburn factory, including manufacturing management and process improvement.
• Implement an operational strategy to deliver homes on time within budgets and according to forecasts.
• Analyse and manage workflow functions to meet financial targets, budgeting, and controls.
• Build and manage a supplier base aligned with SHAWOOD’s premium quality offerings.
• Procure, prepare, and manage exclusive executive supply and manufacturer agreements.
• Provide seamless liaison between local operations and Sekisui House Ltd, Japan.
• Prepare reports and forecasts for global corporate objectives.
• Lead staff development and ensure compliance with Australian regulations.
