Job summary

Compass Group Australia is seeking an experienced Bid & Proposals Manager to lead a small team of Proposal Managers and Coordinators across Urban sectors. You will steer major tenders from strategy through submission, partnering with senior stakeholders to craft winning solutions.

Reporting to the National Bid Manager, you will coach and develop talent, enhance bid governance, and drive continuous improvement in bid processes while contributing to business growth and a culture of excellence.

Reporting to the National Bid Manager, you'll combine your bid expertise with people leadership, coaching and stakeholder engagement. You'll help develop talent, shape winning strategies and influence major commercial opportunities that directly contribute to business growth.
