Job summary

Akkodis is looking for an experienced Bid & Proposal Manager to lead the development of high quality proposals, tenders and pricing solutions that help us win and grow across technology, consulting and talent services.

This is a highly visible role working closely with Sales, Account Directors, Commercial, Delivery and Executive leaders to drive winning outcomes for some of Australia's largest enterprise and government clients.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' experience in bid management, tender management or proposal management.
• Experience within technology, consulting, professional services, workforce solutions or recruitment environments.
• Outstanding written communication and proposal writing skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities.
• Commercial acumen with experience supporting pricing and financial modelling.
• Exceptional organisation and project management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel capability.
• A proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing tenders and proposals from qualification through to submission.
• Developing bid plans, response strategies and proposal frameworks.
• Facilitating workshops and coordinating subject matter experts.
• Writing, reviewing and refining high-quality proposal content.
• Ensuring responses are compliant, compelling and aligned to customer objectives.
• Building pricing models and supporting commercial reviews.
• Managing governance, approvals and submission activities.
• Maintaining proposal content libraries and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
