As the BI Developer, you’ll build reporting, data products, and AI-powered automation that enables smarter decision-making across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in BI development, analytics engineering, data engineering, or data analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience building reliable data pipelines, models, automation, and data quality processes.
• Hands-on AWS experience across data services (S3, Lambda, Step Functions, and cloud databases).
• Experience developing production dashboards and reporting solutions using modern BI tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, coding practices, version control, and building maintainable, tested solutions.
• Comfortable using modern AI development tools (such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor) to improve productivity and delivery.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes, work with non-technical stakeholders, and take ownership of priorities and deliverables.
