Norths Leagues & Services Club in Queensland is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to lead our beverage outlets and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily service, mentor the beverage team, and ensure smooth operations across busy periods.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will maintain service standards, manage stock and rosters, ensure RSA compliance, and uphold workplace safety while fostering a positive team environment.

Formación

• Current Queensland RSA certificate.
• Current Police Check.
• Experience in a supervisory or senior hospitality role.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of our beverage areas.
• Lead, motivate and support the beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide hands-on leadership, guidance and coaching to team members.
• Ensure efficient bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and minimise wastage.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness and operational standards across beverage areas.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, liquor licensing requirements and WHS procedures.
• Assist with staff training, rostering and performance management.
• Manage customer enquiries and resolve service issues professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team and other departments.

About the Role

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play an important role in overseeing the daily operations of our beverage service areas, ensuring our members and guests receive friendly, efficient and memorable service.

You will be responsible for leading and supporting our beverage team, maintaining high service standards and ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous supervisory experience within a bar or hospitality environment.

• Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills.

• Has a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.

• Is confident leading a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Can work independently while contributing positively to a team.

• Has a sound understanding of RSA and responsible service practices.

• Is flexible and available to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Essential Requirements

• Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA & RSG) Certificate.

• Current Police Check

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior hospitality role.

• Availability to work across a seven-day rotating roster including split shifts.
