Suntory Group at the Swanbank site in Queensland is seeking hands-on production operators to run world-class equipment, craft quality beverages, and push boundaries in modern manufacturing.

You’ll operate high-speed, automated production lines, perform autonomous maintenance, and help hit targets while ensuring GMP/HACCP standards and a relentless focus on quality. This role uses a 24/7 roster with varied shifts to keep the line flowing and improvements coming.

About Your Role

• You’ll be right in the mix—operating world-class equipment, crafting quality beverages, and helping us push boundaries in modern manufacturing.
• Operate high-speed, automated production and packaging lines with confidence and care.
• Help deliver production targets while keeping quality front and centre.
• Complete flavour and pack changeovers with precision and attention to detail.
• Spot issues, troubleshoot quickly, and help keep things running smoothly.
• This role operates across a 24/7 roster, so flexibility to work across shifts will be important.

• Carry out Autonomous Maintenance activities, including cleaning and inspection.
