Job summary

Responsibilities

Providing prompt, friendly customer focused advice and assistance to members and guests regarding beverages and loyalty systems.
Take food and drink orders and communicate them to the bar.
Handle cash and gaming transactions securely and protect member information.
Deliver beverage service to members and guests in a courteous manner.
Deliver efficient customer service and promote Club events.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
