Job summary

The Beenleigh RSL & Golf Club is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Mount Warren Park team. You will deliver friendly service in gaming and bar areas, manage beverage orders, and support club promotions while ensuring compliance with RSA and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Good cash handling and point-of-sale system experience.
• A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and attentive service to members and guests in the gaming and bar areas.
• Assisting with the operation and maintenance of gaming machines and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Taking meals to customers, cleaning tables.
• Handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems accurately.
• Promoting and selling Club membership and other products/services.
• Adhering to all health, safety and responsible service of alcohol policies.
