Job summary
Hervey Bay RSL is looking for an experienced Bar & Gaming Attendant to join our friendly, professional team on a casual basis. You will manage bar and gaming operations, deliver exceptional service, and work as part of a supportive crew in a busy Fraser Coast venue.
Key responsibilities include recording transactions, crafting beverages, adhering to RSA/RSG policies, and maintaining a clean work area. We value a strong team player who can adapt to changing shifts and guest needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality industry and customer service.
- RSA and RSG certificates required or in progress.
- Eligible to obtain National Police Certificate for employment.
- Experience with gaming machines and TAB is preferred, barista skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Record transactions accurately on the register.
- Provide exemplary customer service and assist guests.
- Adhere to RSA, RSG policies and procedures.
- Prepare beverages, including coffee and cocktails, to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean, tidy work area and stock levels.
- Follow safe work procedures at all times.
