Job summary

Panthers Penrith Leagues Club seeks a Beverage Attendant to join its vibrant hospitality team. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including tap beer, wine, spirits and cocktails, while delivering outstanding customer service to members and guests.

The role requires an energetic, team‑oriented person with RSA/RCG certificates or willingness to obtain them, strong attention to detail, and a polished personal presentation.

Qualifications

• RSA and RCG certificates or willingness to obtain them.

• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation.
• Customer service experience is highly regarded.
• Availability to work nights and weekends across shifts.

About The Opportunity

As a Beverage Attendant, you'll prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including tap beer, wine, spirits and cocktails, while delivering exceptional service. With your energy and welcoming approach, you'll help create memorable experiences for every member and guest.

As a Beverage Attendant, You Will

• Deliver friendly and attentive service to members and guests;
• Prepare and serve food and beverages;
• Process payments and perform cash-handling duties;
• Replenish stock and ensure products are readily available; and
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including clearing tables and collecting glassware and plates.

The successful candidate will

• Hold current RSA and RCG certificates or be willingness to obtain
• Have a friendly, customer-focused approach and a willingness to learn
• Bring strong attention to detail and work well within a team
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
• Experience in customer service (or in similar role) highly regarded
• Be available to work a variety of shifts across our operational hours, including nights and weekends.
