Job summary

Penrith Panthers is seeking a Beverage Attendant to join our team at Panthers Penrith Leagues Club. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails, while delivering friendly service to members and guests.

With RSA and RCG certificates (or willingness to obtain), you will bring a customer-focused approach, strong attention to detail, and a neat personal presentation. Shifts include nights and weekends as part of our flexible roster.

Qualifications

• Hold RSA and RCG certificates or be willing to obtain them.
• Friendly, customer-focused approach with willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation.
• Experience in customer service is highly regarded.
• Able to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

About the Opportunity

As a Beverage Attendant, you'll prepare and serve a variety ofbeverages, including tap beer, wine, spirits and cocktails, while delivering exceptional service. With your energy and welcoming approach, you'll help create memorable experiences for every member and guest.

As a Beverage Attendant, you will:

• Deliver friendly and attentive service to members andguests;
• Prepare and serve food and beverages;
• Process payments and perform cash-handling duties;
• Replenish stock and ensure products are readily available;and
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including clearingtables and collecting glassware and plates.

The successful candidate will

• Hold current RSA and RCG certificates or be willingness toobtain
• Have a friendly, customer-focused approach and a willingness tolearn
• Bring strong attention to detail and work well within ateam
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
• Experience in customer service (or in similar role) highlyregarded
• Be available to work a variety of shifts across our operationalhours, including nights and weekends.
