Qualifications

• Formal qualification or apprenticeship in Cabinet Making or Joinery required
• Proven experience as Cabinet Maker or Joiner
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and safety minded
• Experience with hand tools and workshop machinery advantageous
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to plan cabinet construction
• Select and prepare timber, veneers and components
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools with precision
• Assemble, install and finish bespoke cabinetry on-site and in workshop
• Ensure work meets quality standards and project specs
• Collaborate with designers and clients to deliver tailored solutions
• Maintain a safe and organised workshop
