Job summary

Arc Medical seeks a Consultant Paediatrician specialised in behavioural and developmental paediatrics for a hybrid private practice role. The position supports neuroaffirming, family‑centred care, with responsibilities spanning initial assessments, ongoing management, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team across private and telehealth settings.

The role offers flexible weekday hours, no weekend work, and a generous private billing model with full training and support infrastructure

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioural and developmental paediatrics.
• Ability to provide neuroaffirming, family-centred care.
• Confident with diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments and diagnoses for children with behavioural & developmental concerns.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with multidisciplinary team.
• Provide ongoing management, monitoring growth and development.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses and other health professionals.
