Berry Street Yooralla is seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner – Core to join our Allied Health team in Victoria. This role offers mentorship and ongoing professional development while you build expertise in Positive Behaviour Support.
You will support people with disability with complex needs, applying evidence-based, human rights-focused behaviour support. The role includes collaboration with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Behaviour Support Practitioner – Core to join our growing Allied Health team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career or developing practitioner to build their expertise in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) while receiving ongoing supervision, mentorship and professional development from experienced clinicians.
In this rewarding role, you will support people with disability who have complex support needs, helping them improve their quality of life through evidence-based, human rights-focused behaviour support. You'll work closely with participants, families, carers and support teams to create meaningful and lasting change.
