Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking dedicated Outside School Hours Care Educators for Blacktown. You will support before school, after school, and holiday programs, helping children grow, learn and have fun in a safe environment.

You’ll run engaging activities, serve healthy snacks, and build strong relationships with children, families and local schools while upholding our child-safety standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card / Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 6:30 am-9:00 am & 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program.
• Take part in daily activities for primary-aged children.
• Prepare and serve healthy snacks.
• Build relationships with children, families, and the local school community.
