Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking enthusiastic Educators to join our ACT South team. You’ll support before school, after school, and holiday programs, helping primary-aged children grow, learn and have fun in a safe, engaging environment.

This role focuses on building strong relationships with children, families and schools, delivering healthy snacks, and maintaining compliant programs. We offer above-award rates, a $500 sign-on bonus, and growth through internal promotions and subsidised diploma study.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• Complete, studying, or willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 6:30 am-9:00 am and 2:30 pm-6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program for primary-aged children.
• Participate in daily activities and support children’s learning across before/after school and holiday programs.
• Prepare and serve healthy snacks to children.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the school community.
