Job summary

Stanbroke in Queensland is seeking skilled and dedicated team members for our beef processing operations. This hands-on role involves working across the processing line, handling beef products, and maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate I or completion of secondary education.
• Relevant experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process offal, tripe and other edible beef by-products per safety and QA requirements.
• Move beef carcasses and products to chillers, freezers and processing areas while maintaining cold chain.
• Load packaged meat onto pallets and trucks in line with dispatch schedules.
• Pack boned, trimmed and sliced beef products into cartons and label for domestic/export markets.
• Separate edible by-products per customer specs and production needs.
• Inspect and sort beef products to meet quality and export specs.
• Operate meat processing equipment and production line machinery.
• Clean and sanitise equipment and work areas while following health, safety and QA procedures.
