Laser Clinics Group is seeking a Beauty Therapist for our Top Ryde clinic. You will deliver laser hair removal, facials, peels and other aesthetic treatments, while helping clients feel confident in their skin and building your skills.

Qualifications

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Dermal Science).
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but training is provided.
• Punctual, organised and supportive with strong client relationships.
• Proven track record of delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver empowering aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, facials, peels and skin treatments.
• Work with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.

WhatYou’llBring to the Team

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Cert IV(minimum), Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Dermal Science.
• For WA/QLD: A valid Radiation Laser Hair RemovalLicence, orcurrently working towards obtaining one.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
• Be punctual, organised, and supportive, you willcelebrateteam wins to foster a positive,motivatingworkplace. Build trust and lasting client relationships through empathy,expertise, and confidence-boosting treatments.
• A track recordof delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targetsand KPIs.
