Chisholm Institute in Frankston invites applications for a part-time Beauty Teacher within the Hair, Beauty & Wellness team. The role is a fixed-term parental leave replacement from 11 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, 0.8 FTE, with a salary of $84,618 to $128,887 p.a. plus superannuation.

The successful candidate will plan engaging sessions, ensure regulatory compliant materials, and foster a positive learning environment for diverse beauty education contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering beauty/wellness education.
• Ability to adapt teaching materials to regulatory standards and diverse learners.
• Proven track record of maintaining a positive learning environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan teaching sessions that engage learners.
• Ensure materials meet regulatory standards and training packages.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and encourage learner responsibility.
• Adapt learning materials for different students and environments.
• Carry out administrative and coordination tasks related to taught areas.
• Assist in establishment, maintenance and review of teaching programs.
• Maintain a respectful and safe learning environment free from harassment.
