Job summary

MECCA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the new Claremont store in Western Australia. You will oversee daily operations, ensure the store looks exceptional, and drive stock and merchandising strategies to support a premium customer experience.

As a key leader, you will coach and mentor the team, manage stocktakes, and implement monthly promotional setups while upholding MECCA’s values and standards across all store activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful
• Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups
• Manage and audit stocktakes
• Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback
• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
