Job summary

DBG Health & Beauty is seeking a talented Product & Packaging Designer to bring our beauty brands to life through exceptional packaging design and artwork execution. You will produce print-ready artwork and support the end-to-end design process from concept through to commercialisation.

Collaborating with Brand, NPD, Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain teams, you will ensure every design is on brand, on time and of the highest quality in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, packaging design, or artwork production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging artwork.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and quick to adapt to new design technologies.
• Experience managing multiple design projects with deadlines and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, proofread and deliver print-ready artwork meeting brand, regulatory and production requirements.
• Develop and execute creative packaging concepts while maintaining brand consistency across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Brand, NPD and cross-functional teams to translate briefs into commercially ready designs.
• Manage artwork and project documentation with proper naming conventions and status updates.
• Ad hoc support for new product development and changeover projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve artwork development processes and provide packaging design guidance.
