Job summary

L’Occitane Australia & New Zealand in Maroochydore is seeking a Beauty Host to be a brand ambassador, storyteller and creator of memorable guest experiences in our boutique.

In this role you’ll deliver exceptional service, share product knowledge, support visual merchandising, and help meet boutique targets while representing the L’Occitane values of sustainability and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably skincare/fragrance.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Team oriented with professional, results-driven attitude.
• Positive, energetic and enthusiastic demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: warmly greet guests, offer personalised beauty advice, and provide signature moments like hand massages and consultations.
• Develop knowledge of L’Occitane products, heritage, ingredients, and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clienteling systems; represent the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and share knowledge openly.

About The Role

As a Beauty Host, you are more than a Beauty Advisor - you are a brand ambassador, storyteller, and creator of memorable guest experiences. In this role, you’ll work as part of a supportive boutique team to deliver consistent, elevated customer service and contribute to boutique performance targets.

You will need to have flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.
• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane’s products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences. -
• Master POS and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events. -
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
  

About You

• You have at least 1 year’s retail experience, ideally in skincare or fragrance.
• You are a team player, professional and results driven.
• You deliver an exceptional guest experience - every time.
• You are respectful, positive, energetic and enthusiastic.
