Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate desserts, pastries and sweet items.
• Work with Italian flavours alongside modern pastry techniques.
• Support day-to-day operation of the pastry section.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal desserts and menu development.
• Maintain mise en place, consistency and presentation.
• Monitor product quality, stock levels and preparation requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace.
• Collaborate with the wider kitchen brigade.
