Join WK Stone as a Business Development Manager and be the face of our brand on the road!

WK Stone, a leading provider of high-quality stone surfaces, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Development Manager to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our strong relationships with our Joiners / Kitchen Companies, by ensuring our sample displays are fully stocked and well-presented.

What you'll do
  • Travel to our valued customers' locations and replenish their stands with our stone samples.
  • Position WK Stone, Quantum Zero as your customers premier supplier
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service to maintain their satisfaction.
What you'll bring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • A strong sense of organisation and attention to detail to manage inventory and presentation.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving situations.
  • Experience in sales or a similar role is a plus.
  • Has on the road sales experience
  • Has some experience with Kitchen Companies / Joiners or Stone / Tiles
  • Can easily form relationships and maintain them
  • Can position themselves as a trusted advisor
  • Able to work with limited supervision
